Question: A. Prior to the Civil War, this man served in the U. S. House of Representatives, where he was known for his fiery rhetoric. He was offered an opportunity to fire the first shot of the Civil War, but declined to do so. Eventually, he entered the Confederate Army as a colonel in the 3rd Virginia Infantry and was later promoted to brigadier general. However, he ultimately resigned his commission, then subsequently enlisted as a private in the 3rd Virginia Cavalry. What was his name?

B. Name the only other Confederate general who is buried in the same state as the answer to part A of the question.

A. Roger A. Pryor (1828-1919), buried in Princeton Cemetery, Princeton, New Jersey;
B. Henry H. Walker (1832-1912), buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Morristown, New Jersey.
