This is one of my favorites of the hand colored photos from the war. I do a presentation showing modern vs. period colorizing and I like to use this one as one of the examples of great work. There are so many that the colorizing was really shoddy, but this one is (in my opinion) one of the best.

These are negatives printed on glass so yes, everything is reversed.
