111th OVI muster location

I have a family member, David K Mounts, of the 111th OVI, who did not muster in until January 1864. I know the original mustering in location for this regiment was Toledo, OH in 1862. but can't find a record of where he would have been. I'm grateful for any elucidation on this matter. Thank you.

The Adjutant General's office reported relative to a pension claim that he was enlisted at Toledo, Ohio.
