An Image Request

Gentlemen,

I am looking for a high-resolution image of one of the photographs Mr. Roche took at Fort Mahone. It is the one Mr. Adolphus refers to as "Soldier 77" in his article here: http://www.adolphusconfederateuniforms.com/the-confederate-soldier-of-fort-mahone.html

A bit graphic, I know, but I am basing a reenacting uniform on it. Particularly I'm interested in the shirt pattern. The article says it's finely checkered on white, but I'd like a closer look.

If anyone knows where I might find such an image I would be grateful.

Really a good find! This particular plaid looks very modern and my father's housecoat had a similar pattern. This would be great for the re-enactors to know.

Is there any identification as to what Regiment this lad was in? I see the "4" and then below letters S L G...

I noted you were thinking of using that type shirt for reenacting. I thought that picture may give you something to work with.
