I am going to see if I can find the hardback book form sometime this week. I had to come in and cover for someone today at their post. So I am not on here on Sundays most of the time. I was just luck I ran across that link. but yes it is very informative even though it skips pages. I would like to read all of it.

You can get it in paperback through AbeBooks for ~$13. Can't find anybody who has it hardbound.
