These are the ones who made it home, they left their buddies on the fields of Battle. People only know where they are now once a year on confederate Memorial Day, our old southern cemeteries turn red with rebel flags a flying !!

I wish I could find a dedication picture for Covington's Newton County Georgia confederate memorial. You might recognize it from Heat of the Night or Dukes of Hazard .
This is the one chief Gillespie (Archie Bunker) used to sit and talk too.
