I am working on the final tweaks to this third game in my series of low complexity strategic games. Then some final proofing. It will be printed and distributed by Blue Panther, LLC who prints all my games. This new title covers the American Civil War and will have a naval subgame. The game is a dice rolling game of conquest with event cards, ironclad availability rolls, Union naval move rolls, strategic markers to move around to improve defenses of a few key locations, emancipation proclamation and union naval superiority events, etc. Back of the box are below with some further information. There are 16 event cards on each side drawn blindly over 10 turns so some will not enter play but you get to preselect 3 which allows a bit of strategy such as preferring naval benefit cards against cards more useful in the western theater. This is not a heavy duty wargame so if you are looking for that, this is not it. Rules are 4 pages. I playtested it a while back with the Big Muddy Historical Gaming group for input. This forum was helpful too- game me an idea for a Laird Rams event card.
