In the aftermath of resaca 2026 I have learned a lot and made several friends along the way. Even with the confusion during the battle it never ceased to amaze me how real it felt. Even though men weren't dying left and right, even though the zip and screech of shells and bullets couldn't be heard around me, it felt like the closest I have gotten to experiencing those battles so far. Not to mention being able to set foot the in original trenches of the unit I was with. It was all probably one of the best experiences I could've experienced, and I'm super excited for more.

You guys are a great looking example of what re-enactors are/should be all about. Been there done that; I was a second unit re-enactor in both of Ted Turner's films way back when. Your impressions are very realistic. Well done...
