Is there a picture of Rose Meade Thorn who was born in November 1863? The rest of her brothers and sisters have pictures. Why doesn't she?

She died as a teenager in 1878 and had no husband or children.

Rosa (Rose) Meade Thorn (who was born on Nov. 1, '63 and died aged 14 years) was described as being frail and sickly throughout her short life and apparently it was constant poor health that ended this child's life prematurely.

Wonder whether her diminished physical condition was a salient factor in there being no photograph taken.

Check with the Adams County Historical Society. They would be the most likely place to have it, if it exists.

Can appreciate any immediate frustration/disappointment that might be felt with being unable to readily locate a requested picture of the subject person.

But if you consider my response a bit deeper.

It provides a brief context and possible explanation of why there may not be any photograph to discover.
