I was fortunate enough to pick up this ninth plate at Mansfield. I think it has a 'right off the line' look. I do wonder if on the lower right is a smudge or someone's shoulder. Also if that's a field repair on his right side of the sack coat.
I know he looks like you would want to be on his good side!
