Lincoln and Generals

OK, got another one I could use some help id'ing if at all possible. I bought and album that had "The Solitary Pine" Lincoln CDV by Anthony Bros. of a Brady photo. That alone was worth it, but it said it had General Grenville Dodge in it and I didn't even think about it until now, some 2 years later I looked and that is not who it is. It also has Stephen A. Douglass, Gen's McClellan, Sherman, Stonewall Jackson and Grant, as well as the 1867/68 Kansas State Senate, Brigham Young home in Salt Lake and Mr./Mrs. Tom Thumb as well as some unknow family. But who is the guy impersonating Grenville Dodge!?!?!?
