With the skirmish season about to begin and having only one sleeve of the 6-wing CCI caps left, I'm looking for personal opinions based on experience. I've always used CCI caps since I started shooting. I found them to perform in my Smith and my 64 Springfield much better than the German caps. I shoot them in my other firearms as well. Trying to make things consistant and easy. When I tried the German caps I would have misfires every now and then, but when replaced by a CCI cap the firearm would go boom. Now that the 6-wing CCI caps are being replaced with the "rennactor" caps I'm wondering if my old problems are going to come rear their ugly heads once more? I'd like to hear thoughts from others out there concerning this. Do you think shot groups are going to change because the new caps aren't as hot? Please don't tell me to go buy up all the 6- wing caps I can find. What do y'all think?
