Currently researching my wife's family. I have his entire record downloaded from Fold 3, however wondering what "M.B." is supposed to mean that is indicated concerning a chest wound he received. Any ideas? Just curious.

Sometimes other folks conducting parallel research leave neat tidbits on FindaGrave entries, to include obits with factoids like "died of complications of a wound received during the late unpleasantness" or similar.

No such luck here, but if you don't have it already this is your man's entry.
