Historic Gettysburg estate listed for sale

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A historic estate in Gettysburg that dates back to the 1800s and was used as a Civil War field hospital has been listed for sale. According to the listing, this 3.7-acre estate, which also features a Carriage House, is located at 40 Hospital Road in Gettysburg. In recent years, the historic home has been utilized as a bed & breakfast called the Baladerry Inn. According to the Baladerry Inn's website, the oldest section of the inn was constructed in 1812 on the Bushman Farm, and the rest of the main house was added in 1830.

I'd say ABT would jump on this but being what it is, their #'s are likely astronomical as they too know its appeal.

Corporate America pockets know no bounds though. This should be interesting. Hopefully it reincarnates as the same if not the ultimate outcome(ABT purchase and restoration to time period). Fingers crossed
