Need to find a Re-enacting Civil War unit in Virginia.

Knowing me Im probably posting this in the wrong place. Again. Sorry if I am. Again. :wink:

I have a friend in Lynchburg, VA who is interresting in getting into civil war re-enacting. He was asking me where he might go about finding a unit to speak with them and possibly hook up with them. I have no clue where a person would look out there since I live in Indiana.
So I thought of this forum 1st and figured Id give it a try. Where might I direct him to look?

They can go to this page and contact some of the individuals about joining a unit. Our group, Company A , 37th Virginia is in southwest Virginia, about a 3 to 3 and a half hour drive from Lynchburg.

There will be a re-enactment at McDowell, Virginia (not far from Staunton, Virginia) on May 4 through 6th. Both armies will be represented there.
