I'm not sure but I think his headquarters as Commander of the District of Key West and Tortugas in the Department of the Gulf was Fort Taylor at Key West. Woodbury was involved in it's construction before the war.And I'm again not as sure but I think Fort Taylor was where he died from yellow fever.
