There were two brigades of "Louisiana Tigers" in the Army of Northern Virginia, and both made a name for themselves as some of the most hard-fighting and colorful units in Lee's army. There was the Taylor-Hays brigade and the Starke-Nicholls-Stafford brigade; after suffering grievous casualties at Spotsyvania, they were combined into a single brigade under Zebulon York. It seems this will be a somewhat difficult question, as the two were both very good units.
