Uncle Remus Omelette

To four eggs beaten separately add three tablespoonfuls of milk, a small quantity of butter qnd pinch of salt. Pour quickly into a hot greased pan. Let it remain on the stove tow minutes, then place inside an oven for three minutes. Take out and fold twice; Serve immediately.

This may be the secret to making a good omelette by taking out and baking. I have a difficult time making an omelette without it sticking.
