Has anyone had contact lately with Trailhead Graphics? I ordered and paid for a map from them in August, haven't received it, and get no response to several emails and phone messages.

Nothing on their facebook page is more current than 05/04/2021. There is an office and fax number available on their main website page. Go back to the page that you made the payment through, read the small print. Find out about refunds, this might get you to the person or division of Trailhead Graphics you want. If nothing else works, look for the name of the webmaster for the site. This person may be able to provide a contact for TG. You could also stop payment, that might get their attention. You could trace your payment and find out where it was sent to, when it was received and by whom. Just some thoughts.

I saw some of their maps at several NPS parks in July. May be leftovers but thought i would throw that out there. I have all of their maps and use them all the time. Really wish they would do more
