Today In Food History

Donna. A quick tip for lemon users: add one-half a lemon to boiling hot water for a quick pick me up in the morning. The hot lemon water is very good for cleansing the liver of any impurities and gives a little boost to your energy level. This liquid should be used at least three times a day. I have been drinking this liquid combination for years. The hot lemon water is also an appetite suppressant. Finally, I love the refreshing taste that lemon adds to any dish. Thanks for sharing the information. David.
