😫30 years too late! I think we missed an opportunity!
I expect it's revived somewhere every few years. The latest I can find mention of was in D.C. in 2012. It's a good piece for some ambitious community theater group -- one with access to a small orchestra and chorus. Only three narrators, and two soloists (soprano & bass).

While on this topic, I would suggest Aaron Copland's 1942 "Lincoln Portrait." Composition based on traditional airs, punctuated by quotes from Lincoln's speeches and writings. Here is a 2015 performance by "The President's Own" United States Marine Band, narrated by Jim Lehrer:
I "acted" in a scene of this in an elementary school performance. I was in kindergarten or 1st grade. It must have been terrible.
