- Description: Granite marker with carved outline of the State of Arkansas and text in center, flanked by grouping of soldiers on either side. The monument stands atop a three-stepped platform with four cast aluminum cubes with etchings of the Confederate battle flag positioned at each corner of the lower step.
- Cost: $50,000.00 (March 1965)
