Here is another great pie for fall. This pie is dark, rich and spicy.

Squash Pie

1 1/2 cups, cooked, sieved squash
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
3 beaten eggs

Mix spices and salt with sugar and mix with squash. Add milk, then beaten eggs.

Pour into large, unbaked pie shell and bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
