It has been the food of kings for thousand of years. What is it? HONEY?.....
The best honey that you can find is a southern treat called TUPELO HONEY.IT comes from the flowers of the tupelo bush which blooms only for about two weeks in feburary. It is found in the panhandle of florida lowerw Alabama,Mississippi and coastal Georgia. It does cost more than regulr honey because it is so limited. Most places that sell it online are all soldout this year.if you do get some make sure it is unfiltered and uncooked. The taste of this honey is unbelievebly awesome.if you can find it is worth the price.

Honey will never spoil. If it starts to crystalize, just place the jar in boiling water and it will re-liquefy! I found a jar of Kentucky honey in my grandmother's basement after she passed. I re-liquefied the honey and consumed it as if it was made just yesterday.
