Hello,
I am sending out inquires for CW groups that would be interested in participating in an approximately 1 1/2 mile parade the weekend of July 13 2013 in Mont Alto PA. for a centennial celebration.
I am not the organizer but will be collecting contacts for the organizers who will send out official communications to all groups interested in participating both Federal and Confederate all branches.
If interested please send your organizations point of contact info.
Thank you

Pvt. Sam Dile,

Should direct your friend to post here on their own behalf -- But, I recommend getting a hold of the Southern Division and the USV (United States Volunteers) re-enactment units as a start.

The organizers should post as to properly respond to inquiries and logistics.

I know it is difficult to fathom in this day and age but there still are those older individuals who do not own or use a computer hence my posting for them. I know this is a bit unusual especially those of us who have been in the game for over 30 years or more but you work with what you have.
Inquires can be made through me for quick answers since I have a direct line or if you supply your snail mail contact info and it can be handled that way. My problem was making the organizer understand that umbrella organizations such as the USV's by this time already have their calendars pretty well established for the year. The other problem when you start working with large organizations is the politics, not being a politician or politically correct myself, I'm not going into that minefield. But as I said you work with what you have there should be enough small groups and individuals out there to help out since the are inviting WWI & WWII also.
