Anyone have any resources that show the cost of common goods in the 1800s, such as houses, horses, wagons, farm implements, clothing, etc. Also interested in rents on farms, the price of food etc. I'm sure there's stuff out there, I just don't have tons of time to sift through hundreds of websites and not having much luck with searches. If you know of any books or websites that have compliations of that kind of information, please let me know! Thanks!

Newspaper ads are your friend. The library of congress has a bunch. Accessible here. You can do a search for thing like "flour" and restrict it to a date. In addition to ads, articles will pop up, but you can visually figure them out...

Good luck!
