Been waiting all year and have spent the last month prepping the park.
This weekend (16th and 17th) our Civil War in the Southwest reenactment comes to life. We will be reenacting the battles of Valverde, Glorieta Pass and Picacho Pass here at Picacho Peak State Park. For us it is a big event. We'll have about 250 reenactors and 4.000 or so visitors.
Well, it's time to saddle up and perform my Rangerly duties. Wish us luck!

Those are some that i would really like to attend, truely.Too far, though and at the moment i've got my sites set on 150 chancelorsville.

Sgtredleg,

I am moving this thread to the "Reenactors" Forum. Might be read by a larger bunch of men.
