Flags President Returns Confederate Flags

I've never seen this film footage before. Does anyone know the identity of the Confederate veterans holding the returned flags? Were specific chosen to receive specific flags? Is there any other film footage showing this event?

I cringed when the veteran held the old flag up, then wadded it up like a rag and flung it around for a few seconds.

Great video, though. Reconciliation is a wonderful thing.
