This potato stuffing is a great recipe to use for stuffing chicken, turkey or goose.
Two cups of hot mashed potato. one fourth cup salt pork cubes, two tablespoons onion, one teaspoon of poultry seasoning, one cup of cooked sausages cut in pieces, salt and pepper.
