By the way, did your wife use a special filter in some of the pictures (e.g. posts #3 and 4)? They look so artistic compared to "normal" shots like in post #2.

Thanks, no I don't think she was doing anything special other than probably zooming in following our company from the opposite side of the field.
 
Awesome photos! Question, why were there more Confederate soldiers laying on the ground than Union soldiers?
Thanks, my other half was mostly focused on our company so you don't get the whole picture. There were two other CS companies holding a fence line and got beat up bad by Union artillery then the Yankees advanced past them.That's where that pile of casualties were. The Union won this scenario but they took quite a few casualties as well. Our company was on the flank then fell back to support our artillery and guard the colors and the officers. We were about the last men standing. We beat them up good the next day though.
