There was a nice turnout this year.Wow, that is a large group of re-enactors!
Not much if anything has changed. There was talk of redoing the visitor's center last year but I didn't get a chance to check it out to see. It's pretty much a walk through the pine woods and palmettos with some markers here and there.I will be in the Jacksonville area later this week, or perhaps next week, or perhaps even the week after that. I stopped at Olustee for a half hour a few years ago. I will have a couple of days to kill while I am there, should I try to send half a day at the battlefield?
It's always wise to scope out a good landing spot before going down.Great pics ! I would hate to have to play a dead or wounded guy. Too many aints !
