I found this in the ORs but I wasn't able to find any OoB for the Army of the Ohio prior to Shiloh. I'll keep digging though.

I would recommend taking a look at All For the Regiment: The Army of the Ohio, 1861-1862 by Gerald Prokopowicz. That may have an OoB for the army when it was forming.

Not quite sure what you are asking for. From the information given above I'm assuming an order of battle for Perryville since Jackson is included as a division commander (he had just been promoted). In late August "Bull" Nelson had been sent to take charge of the raw recruits gathered near Richmond, Ky., and the attempt to halt Kirby Smith's invasion. Badly beaten, he was forced to retreat back to Louisville. While headquartered at the Galt House, Nelson insulted fellow general Jefferson C. Davis who then shot him dead. All this before Buell moved out of Louisville to take on Bragg. Charles Gilbert was appointed to the temporary command of Third Corps (not a great choice as it turned out).
Kenneth Noe's "Perryville, This Grand Havoc of Battle" has an excellent order of battle. I could probably dig out the details of the unattached divisions from other sources if you need those too.

I need Information on the Unattached divisions and Sill's 2nd Division.

Here's what I put together for the 2nd Division. This is mostly from Dyer's "Compendium of the War of the Rebellion".
However, for the placement of the 79th Illinois, 93rd Ohio, and the 89th Illinois I used "A History of the Old Second
Division" by Theodore Dodge. Both of these sources are available for download on the Internet Archive site.
Sill's 2nd Division and Dumont's 12th Division were a diversionary force used to confuse Kirby Smith at Frankfort, but both were
technically under the command of Sill for this specific operation. Neither division took part in the battle of Perryville.
I should note that this is hardly the last word in research on the subject, so don't be surprised if other sources don't always agree with those that I used.

4th Brigade - Col. H.M. Buckley (Col. of the 5th Kentucky Vols).
