Old Cyclorama building

There are still a couple days left for the public to comment on the future of the old Cyclorama building and site.

I learned of this from the Gettysburg Foundation newsletter.

The court postponed decision on tearing down the building until such time as the NPS completes the environmental studies and other impact statements that were promised but never delivered.

The baths of Caracala in Rome, also a concrete building, has survived largely intact despite earthquakes, storms, invasions and two thousand years of normal wear and tear. 4 inches of rain will only add more mold and stains on this eyesore.
