I'm glad to be on line with ya'll. I'm many years into researching The Men of Stanford's Mississippi Battery and my "new" quest, Turner's Battery, that is 1st Mississippi Light, Company C. I've reenacted static and horse drawn artillery for about 20 years now.

Welcome from the Shiloh/Pittsburg Landing Forum and North Mississippi! As both the 1st Mississippi Light, Company C and Stanford's Battery fought at Shiloh, hopefully you will post information on both units on the Forum! Your experiences reeancting artillery would be enlightening for us who still have our hearing!
Regards
David
