I have come across several photos of a 32 pdr naval shell gun mounted on a siege carriage. I believe it to be either the 33 cwt. or 42 cwt. versions. I was wondering if anyone had more information regarding the use of this naval 32 pdr as a siege piece, or if anyone had additional photographs.

Here is actually a picture of a surviving piece, also mounted on a siege carriage, at the Rock County Veterans Memorial in Luverne MN. Does anyone have information regarding this piece?

I know that naval guns were used at the siege of Vicksburg, but I don't know what type of carriages they were on. Also, I would think that transporting a naval carriage overland would be very difficult.

I greatly appreciate your response. Could you please elaborate?
I am possibly mistaking artillery rounds and sizes, but recently I had been reading in Volume 35 of the Official Records about that period concerning the harbor. In a Foto Friday 12/27 I had written a response concerning favorite weapons being used by the artillerists; it is found here https://civilwartalk.com/threads/foto-friday-12-27.166825/#post-2174697. My comment was post #4. Also the moderator, @CivilWarTalk may be a good guide with in depth details on various artillery pieces. Thanks for your patience.
Lubliner.
