I am no fan of moldy cheese. I am glad to see people who are. I tend to stick to cheese I know about. I didn't care for Blue Cheese, and I tried it several times. So I stay away from it, it's the taste for me.

I didn't like blue cheese at all either, but then somebody got me to eat a few bites of real blue cheese, not the stuff usually found in supermarkets or commercial dressings. Practically had to pay me to do it! :D Then my uncle (got a million of 'em!) made a plain vinaigrette - oil and vinegar pretty much - and added crumbled blue cheese - that was a fantastic dressing. Brightened up a rather plain lettuce salad amazingly.
