Period Mullagatawny Soup

well, for dried stuff like lentils, beans et al just visit a turkish supermarket here - the last time i counted they had 23 different types of white beans (not packagesizes) - unfortunately my turkish is way too poor (read as nonexistand) to find out what the difference is - the required eu-label sticker just say 'weiße bohnen, getrocknet' and something similar in english maybe it's 'dried white beans'

I have never seen a Turkish market here but in town they do have an Indian Market which I have been in once that does carry them also and lots of beans.
