Here it is another Friday in Lent. So posting a fish recipe.

Milk Baked Fish

2 lbs fish, steaks or fillet
1 cup milk, heated
2 teaspoons butter
1/4 teaspoon each, salt, pepper, parsley flakes
cracker crumbs
extra butter

Arrange fish on greased pyrex baking platter or dish. Add butter to milk. Add salt, pepper, and a little parsley flakes. Pour carefully around the fish. Top with crumbs. Dot with bits of butter. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 40 minutes, until milk is almost absorbed. Serves 4 to r.
