As he does every year, Ranger Mike Gamble will be conducting a walk following in the footsteps of the Irish Brigade and its attack on the Sunken Road on St. Patrick's Day. I thought that I'd put that out there for everyone who may be interested and may be able to attend. As of now, I probably will be going and hope to see others there as well.

Unfortunately, I have to report that I won't be able to attend this year's Irish Brigade walk. My youngest has come down with an ear infection and I will be taking care of her tomorrow. Alas, there is always next year (although I will be visiting Antietam at least once this spring/summer).
