The Anson's and London's undoubtedly knew each other from Bowling Green Kentucky heritage and migrated to Illinois though not necessarily due to marriages. An Anson branch of the family was located in Missouri.

There are multigenerational Henry Anson's and John Henry Anson's in the family.

London is my father's surname and Anson is my paternal grandmother's surname.

Rosters and information comes from 49thmissouri.com/history/, civilwar.illinoisgenweb.org, nps.gov/civilwar/, and civil war pension records from national archives via commercial sites and family documents.
