Why does he have a Confederate Veterans marker? The man was a murderer, thief...why should he be honored as a veteran?

Jesse James lived by the motto,"It's a lot easier to steal money than work for it" Good end to bad rubbish.
Which was stolen from the yankees!!
And passed around to those that needed it! Good man he was!
He was a Robin Hood of his day!!
I call BS on that. No honor there. He was a Robin Hood of his day!!
Yanks shot em up in Northfield! He wasn't a whole lot to brag about after that.Which was stolen from the yankees!!

It isn't just what they did in the Civil War that matters, but also what they did AFTER that counts too!

I want to have nothing to do with honoring the man, if he robbed from someone to give to someone else...I can read about THAT from today's politics in the paper. No honor in the man's actions.Did you ever read about him or just saw a movie?
Sherman, was General of the United States Army, in a time of war he set about winning. The Southern Seceding states did everything they could to bring on a war, they could not (in the long term) handle, for the worst reasons you can think of. They proved powerless to stop Sherman, leaving descendants like you to get on their BMW cycles about him. I see nothing Sherman did as a crime in that war. He executed it's end with honor. So was William T. Sherman so why does this miscreant have monuments and honoured by a certain element?
Thank you for sharing the pictures, Ive never seen his grave before.

One man's hero is another man's villain.
