Specifically, I'm trying to get a copy of Cadmus Wilcox's "Notes on the Richmond Campaign, 1864-1865", which is part of the Cadmus M. Wilcox papers housed at the LOC.

I live in Atlanta, so going there in person is, of course, problematic.

Does anyone have experience with the LOC and could give me some advice on the best way to get a copy of this?

Thanks so much guys.

I am using the services of [email protected] . I believe he has a team of researchers in D.C. , and he goes himself. For a fee he will do researc h for you, so I imagine for a fee he would get a copy for you. I found him when I saw him on WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE. He was in the Mathew Broderick episode. You could email him to find out.
