I believe Hancock is buried in Norristown, Pa. He wasn't always hanging out in the rear, (@bayonet....... just kidding, and I share your admiration for Peter Welsh, and the Irish Brigade).
And I think Brandywine Battlefield, is pretty close to Philly too.
Yes one of the few Hancock who led from the front (unlike todays leadership), but lucky Hancock didn't end up like Reynolds who was too close to the Front!
As I remember, Hancock's grave is toward the back left side of the cemetery, but worth finding. Outside Philadelphia is Valley and Brandywine Battlefield.
