I wanted to see if you guys could help me with identifying these swords or verifying the sword ID my dad has is correct. I figured I'd put them all in one post.

First he has this one listed as a M1840 NCO Sword. The ricasso mark is either worn or wasn't fully struck, but he has it listed as CS Roby. It has "S" and "F.S.S." on the right side of the guard, and a 2 stamped near the pommel on the guard. I'm not sure how many pics I can't post in one post, so I'm skipping that one for now.

This next sword might be the same model, but he didn't have notes on this one. It was donated to a lodge so the left side of the blade is inscribed (by hand) with "Found Sept. 21 1863 On Battlefield At Chicamauga" and the right side has "Presented to ANCHOR LODGE 424 A.F. of AM by WMS Tomey Oct. 2nd 1918". The inscription was very hard to capture though. It also has "DFM" stamped on the pommel drag and the right side of the guard.

Roby had a contract for 12,500 M1840 NCO swords and were dated 1862-65. The FSS is for Frederic S. Strong who was the inspector.

Emerson & Silver had a similar contract for 12,000. The DFM was for Dexter F. Mosman who was an Emerson & Silver from 62 - 64. As far the blade markings, I don't see them and its in great shape to be a battlefield pickup.

The Roby sword does not have its original scabbard. It should be leather with brass throat and drag. The scabbard with it now looks much like one for an 1834 or 1840 General Officer's sword, but that shoe style drag is usually found on later swords, so I'm not sure what it originally went with. Looks like there was a middle scabbard mount, now missing, that likely had another carryng ring.
