Help with Buckle ID

Hi guys, can anyone identify what kind of horse tack this is and if it is from the Civil War era? They were found on a property near a Civil War site.

These are basic horse bridle or saddle buckles. Back the everyone had a horse and there is really no way to say they are CW.
