Authenticity will require some photos, which will also identify the model of the Navy revolver, 1851 or 1861. Accepting it at face value of being authentic, the Colt Navy years of manufacture are researchable, all we need is the serial number. If you aren't comfortable with that, then just give us the serial number with an X in place of the last digit.
