General Lee took all the blame for Gettysburg. Why would he be mad at anyone?
Well, you can publically say you don't blame someone for something, but nonetheless whisper behind their back that it's their fault, stabbing them from behind so to speak. I know of a couple of persons who'd do that in a heartbeat. I doubt such thoughts ever even crossed Lee's mind, but some people might think it did.
