Actually, I was lying. Thought I could find a sucker to make some money. The only "rock" that I collected was a piece of slat tile from the roof of Jefferson Davis' post-war home, Beauvoir. It seems amazing to me, sitting on the coast as it does, that it survived all those hurricanes for a century and and half and more.
