Gleaned from elsewheres on the internet, he's seated at the base of the statue of George Washington on Scranton's courthouse square at the corner of North Washington Ave. and Linden St. The first floor of the "Electric City Building" is visible in the background. There's still a newsstand directly across the street from this location.
