Green uniforms were not too popular during the Civil War, but a few Union and Confederate units wore them. Can we come up the the names of a few?

The Muscogee Rifles of Georgia wore green frock coats and green trousers as a militia company, but I do not know if they replaced their green militia uniforms prior to going off to war.

Washington Rifles (New York State) wore uniforms trimmed with green, I am not sure when they switched to blue.

The Pennsylvania 203rd Infantry wore the same green frock as Berdan’s SS
The 203rd wore the remaining stocks of Berdan Uniforms with the addition of new made items which was the practice with the 1st and 2nd USSS.
